Biography
Dr. Syed Azhar was trained as an ophthalmologist in England. He then completed a fellowship in neuro ophthalmology at the University of Texas in Houston USA. He completed additional residency training in Family Medicine at University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston (UTMB), Texas where he stayed as a Faculty since 1993. Dr. Azhar is a Professor in Family Medicine, Medical Director at Dickinson Family Health, Distinguished Teaching Professor in the Academy of Master teachers at UTMB.
